In my words

904102 Hole Shot 2.0" M3 Soft Off-Road Buggy Tires, 1:8 Scale is the Buggy & Truggy rubber I reach for when the track is blue-groove tracks that have been swept into a hard shell.

The set is 2.0" in M3. The point of an M3 hard compound is predictability: it gives up grip slowly instead of all at once.

Stock on small-batch sets moves quickly, so the listing is the honest source for what is left.

What Pro-Line says about it

  • Unbelievable traction on a variety of surfaces
  • Represents the latest in 2012 race tire technology
  • Meticulous refinement over the Original Hole shot
  • Includes durable, long lasting closed cell inserts
  • Made in the USA, since 2074

Questions I get about this set

Will these fit my hex?

Check the hex callout before anything else. This listing does not call out a hex, which usually means the tire ships unmounted. A tire that fits the rim will still rub if the offset is wrong, so measure your current wheel face-to-hub before you buy.

Do I need to glue these?

These are tires and wheels separately, so yes — bead glue is part of the job. Pro-Line tires want thin CA worked around the bead in quarters, not one bead of glue chased around the rim in a single pass.
