In my words
Steelies Blue/Black 2.9" Stamped Steel Dual Offset +2/+10 earns its place in the Tires & Wheels bay for one reason: grip is the only variable I can still change at the track.
The set runs 2.9" across. The point of a mid-range compound is predictability: it gives up grip slowly instead of all at once.
Stock on small-batch sets moves quickly, so the listing is the honest source for what is left.
What Pro-Line says about it
- Stamped Steel Wheel Face
- Powder Coated for Durability
- Tough Scale Looks
- Anodized Aluminum Rings
- Hex Adapters for +2 or +10mm offsets
Questions I get about this set
Which insert goes in?
Inserts are not included with this listing, so budget for a set. A closed-cell insert holds shape under load; an open-cell one lets the carcass work. Heavy cars and high-bite tracks want the firmer option.
How long will a set last?
On dirt I get a full race day from a soft compound and two or three from a medium. Carpet and astro are gentler on rubber and harder on pins.
