In my words
I keep Badlands 2.8 Mounted Raid Black 6x30 F/R on the Monster Truck shelf because the carcass holds its shape under power.
The set runs 2.8" across, fitted front and rear, mounted and glued, so it goes on the car the evening it arrives. 2.8" this spec sits in the middle of the range, so it is the set I would buy first and judge the rest against.
I link straight to the listing so the price you see is the price it sells for today.
What Pro-Line says about it
- Aggressive Wheel and Tire Design
- Tire Design Based on Motocross Tread Technology
- Spend Less Time Gluing and More Time Having Fun
- Removable Hexes Allow you to Change Wheel Offsets on the Fly
- Made in the USA
Questions I get about this set
Do I need to glue these?
These arrive mounted and glued, so there is nothing to do but bolt them on. Pro-Line tires want thin CA worked around the bead in quarters, not one bead of glue chased around the rim in a single pass.
Which insert goes in?
Inserts are not included with this listing, so budget for a set. A closed-cell insert holds shape under load; an open-cell one lets the carcass work. Heavy cars and high-bite tracks want the firmer option.
