In my words
I bolt 1/10 PowerStroke Shocks for MAXX Front & Rear on before a race weekend, not after one.
It is cut for 1/10 scale, fitted front. Shock geometry changes a car more than a spring swap, and swapping a tower is cheaper than both.
I do not hold inventory — the button sends you to the listing, and it carries the current price.
What Pro-Line says about it
- High-Performance Shock Upgrade for MAXX
- Big Bore Aluminum Shock Bodies with Infinite Spring Pre-load Adjustment
- Strong Machined Aluminum Shock Caps
- Beefy 5mm Shock Shafts
- Pre-assembled, Just Add Oil!
Questions I get about this set
Aluminum or plastic?
Aluminum holds geometry and transfers the hit; plastic bends and comes back. On a rough outdoor track I take plastic in the front and aluminum in the back.
Do I need special tools?
A hex driver set that actually fits, thread-lock and a bench. Rounded hardware costs more time than any part on this page.
